For Android Phones, you may need to use a new Email Client on your android phone that supports MFA. Microsoft suggests their official Outlook app for Android which we highly recommend.
To Download and configure the Android App:
1) Download the Outlook app from the Android App Store
2) After Opening the Application, Touch the get started button.
3) When Prompted, Enter your work email address and password.
4) After Signing in, If you already have MFA Setup, you will likely get an MFA Challenge on your Android Phone. Click Approve on the Pop-up or the Notification in your notification bar.
