New MFA Set up Process for both VPN & Office365 MFA

1. Log into https://mysignins.microsoft.com/
2. Tap Security info at the right shown below:

1. Delete the old device listed per Step 1 below and then tap “Add sign-in method” per Step 2 below:

4. Select Authenticator app from the dropdown and select “add”

5. On your Authenticator app on your phone, tap the “+” and select the “add work or school” option and then select Scan QR code. Your phone should be ready to scan via the camera.

6. Click “Next”

7. Click “Next”

8. Scan the barcode

9. Enter the number displayed on your laptop into the Authenticator app

10. Follow the prompts on your laptop to finish the process.
11. This process handles both your Office365 MFA and HQVPN MFA simultaneously.
