The best method to change your network password is to first connect to the VPN and press CTRL+ALT+DEL and selecting “Change a password”.
If, for some reason, you are having difficulty connecting to the VPN, using the alternative method below will also work. Keep in mind, you can only reset your password once every 24 hours.
Go to portal.office365.com and tap your initials at the top right and select “View Account”.
Then, on the left portion of the screen, select “Select Password”.
Tap “Change Your Password”.
